Sebastian Herkner
Sebastian Herkner is a German designer and a graduate of HfG Offenbach University of Art and Design. In 2006, he founded his eponymous studio, where his work spans furniture, objects, interior architecture, and exhibition design. His approach is defined by a deep appreciation for traditional craftsmanship, combined with a curiosity for modern technologies and a bold exploration of colour, materiality, and texture.
Sebastian Herkner (born 1981) studied Product Design at HfG Offenbach University of Art and Design. During his studies he began to focus on designing objects and furniture, honing his keen sense for materials, colors and textures.
In the year 2006 Sebastian Herkner founded his own studio. Since that time, he has designed furniture, lamps and smaller items. Herkner also realizes interior architecture projects and museum and exhibition design.
