Like the ‘Gilbert’ sofa, this ‘Gilbert’ bed was inspired by the Tetris computer game: simple, geometric blocks that slot into each other, creating exciting shapes.
The visible distinction between the various ‘blocks’, in this case the two headboards, is a powerful feature. So beautiful, that the bed lends itself as a freestanding element.

Linteloo was founded by Dutch designer Jan te Lintelo in 1993, inspired by his own concept of ‘the feelgood factor’; sofas and chairs that were inherently comfortable and relaxed.

Sebastian Herkner is a German designer and a graduate of HfG Offenbach University of Art and Design. In 2006, he founded his eponymous studio, where his work spans furniture, objects, interior architecture, and exhibition design. His approach is defined by a deep appreciation for traditional craftsmanship, combined with a curiosity for modern technologies and a bold exploration of colour, materiality, and texture.
