Cast in a hand-modeled clay mould, it is the irregularities in shape, colour and texture that give the frame of the ‘Charles’ mirrors their unique appeal.
The decorative structure of the material is complemented by its organic, almost egg-shaped silhouette. See it and you will want to touch this mirror frame, stroke it, feel the visible traces of the original artisan’s fingers, moulding the clay.
