Tables available in both square and rectangular shapes. The whole Moorea collection is designed with an extremely high standard of materials for outdoor use, to meet different contexts. The entire structure is made of AISI 316L stainless steel, Pewter painted (fin.5L), which guarantees stylistic coherence with the different collections and at the same time gives the material a warmer, more traditional look. Legs are made in solid Teak wood elements (Tectona grandis) in a natural finish, a wood that is highly esteemed for its technical and aesthetic qualities.
The top, divided into sections, made according to a golden ratio, is composed of slabs of lava stone from Etna, of different sections. The lava stone from Etna is heat-treated, to improve the technical characteristics and achieve a colouring more inclined to warm grey. A pre-selection of slabs is sprinkled with coloured glass powder, which partially fills the pores that characterise the first layers of Etna lava stone. The glass powder melts and creates inclusions that characterise and enrich the stone itself. Glass colours are available in three colour variants: pearl, teal, emerald. Covering is recommended in case of rain.

Born in Carimate, he is one of Cappellini's favourite Italian designers: he graduated in Milan in 1993 and imediately started working with this brand designing Archimede bed and Zigo Zago carpet. Besides his activity as consultant for furniture brands, Carlo Colombo took part in the renovation of public and private showrooms, offices, restaurants and villas; one of the most recent and interesting project is the Hong Kong Louvre Gallery, a space open to highest quality design items. Nowadays, Carlo Colombo works for several brands such as Moroso, Poliform, Varenna, Poltrona Frau and Flou; in 2004 he also received the “Designer of the Year” award in Tokyo.
