Canope is named for a tree's canopy, and the top is shaped accordingly — not a circle but a soft, asymmetrical form that gives a seated group a slightly different geometry to gather around. The veneer runs concentrically, drawing the eye to the centre, so the table reads as one piece of wood rather than a panel on a stand. The base is a steel support structure clad in layered MDF, hand finished, pores sealed, sandblasted and lacquered. It carries the width of the top and rises to meet its surface, setting flat lacquer against natural grain. The top is 40 mm MDF with directional veneer, brushed and stained. Some assembly required. Three sizes: 150 x 130, 180 x 160 and 210 x 185 cm, all 72 cm high. Available across Secolo's six wood finishes and the full lacquer range in matte or gloss.
