Skilled cold working expertise is required to achieve the large vertical overlapping diamond wheel cuts ranging from rough to fine. The heavy glass piece has to be handled by a single person for several hours during this cold working process.
A Stacking Vessel with large overlapping diamond wheel cuts ranging from rough to fine, combined with a spun metal bowl and topped with a bark edge wood bowl. Amphora can be taken apart and will form a large glass vase, a large metal bowl and a tall wooden container.
BRAND HIGHLIGHT
We see work as an integral part of life and happiness. It is not a separate thing; it is part of a lifestyle. How we live today shapes our future and that of the entire planet in a small but meaningful way.To create objects that have beauty throughout their being is what we consider sustainable. In today's world, the regeneration of the planet and human existence is going to have to happen in simple, small acts of ordinary people. When the materials come directly from nature with minimal processing, the shaping of those is through the human touch and skill, and the exchange chain from maker to art lover is kept as short as possible, the outcome is one of beauty and well-being.
