As Creative Director, Staffan has crystallised his design ethos into two principles: the search for the Scandinavian notion of the distinctive ‘Red Thread’ or creative DNA in each project, and the commitment to the creation of ‘functional sculpture’.

Max has 20 years of experience in developing and leading dynamic trade departments. His passion lies in connecting clients with unique, well-crafted pieces that combine original design with solid engineering. Throughout his career he’s cultivated an extensive network of trusted furniture and lighting makers, all of whom share a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design.

Dominique has a background in design spanning over 10 years in fields from luxury jewellery to artisan furniture, and has worked across the globe in Italy, Mexico, and the UK. She brings this broad experience to the contracts team, along with a fine attention to detail and a love for all things about furniture. Her client centred approach combined with exceptional organisational skills are the key ingredients to her project management success.

Filipa brings her combined experience in Operations and her knowledge of residential and commercial sales environments to Tollgard. Adaptive, enthusiastic and efficient, her love of systems and standards is second only to her commitment to the people she works with.

Having fallen in love with design and architecture in his childhood, Erik has always been passionate about interiors and their power to transform spaces. Erik studied Interior Design at Inchbald in 2003 alongside Tollgard founder, Staffan Tollgård. Over the last 10 years, he has amassed an encyclopaedic knowledge of the best brands in the industry. Erik heads up Tollgard Agency with a dedicated approach and his trademark exuberance, sharing the stories of makers and brands from the Tollgard portfolio with architects and designers across the globe.

Dario studied Architecture in his native city of Palermo, Sicily. He worked as a successful interior architect across Europe for several years before moving to London, bringing with him a meticulous manner of working and a refined aesthetic sensibility. At the helm of Ceccotti Collezioni’s London flagship, he presents the brand’s timeless designs and sophisticated silhouettes to interior designers, architects and discerning clients, bringing high-end residential and commercial schemes to life.

Laura manages bespoke FF&E projects for the residential market at Tollgard and serves as the in-house Vipp kitchen expert. Her background in fashion textile design - with expertise in colour, composition and scale - informs her creative approach. She combines her creativity with project management skills to deliver high-quality results. Laura’s success in delivering FF&E and Vipp kitchen projects, both domestically and internationally, reflects her collaborative approach, desire for excellence, and commitment to client satisfaction.

Benedetta is a passionate designer with a background in interior architecture and furniture design, shaped by her experience in Germany and the Netherlands, where she embraced North European and Scandinavian aesthetics. As FF&E Project Coordinator, she supports clients, architects, and designers by managing projects from concept to completion, from detailed CAD layouts to procurement and final installation. She also plays an active role in the internal projects, working with the Operations and Marketing teams to develop new displays, manage installations, and ensure every presentation reflects Tollgard's design vision. Her meticulous approach helps maintain smooth coordination across suppliers, project teams, and clients alike.

With a degree in Architecture and a master’s degree in landscaping, Carmelo’s passion for interior solutions has grown with over ten years of experience in the retail industry. Carmelo is a results-driven enthusiast with a track record of excellence in both procurement and supply chain management. Believing that responsible procurement is key for trusted and long-lasting collaborative relationships, has meant his commitment to excellence and the passion for his job make Carmelo an asset in the field of procurement.

With a Master’s degree in Digital Communication and Creative Business Processes, Simona brings a strategic mindset to her department. Her experience in luxury design retail and residential projects has given her a deep understanding of client expectations and market dynamics. Simona combines her thoughtful approach, professional integrity, and inquisitive nature to ensure clarity and alignment across all project agreements. Her performance-driven perspective supports business growth and keeps commercial objectives in harmony with creative vision, making her a key contributor to operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Hannah’s early fascination with art and design moved her to study History of Art and Design at Kingston University. Hannah brings over 12 years of experience to the contracts team, with a broad background covering bathrooms, furniture, and lighting within both the residential and commercial arena. Hannah’s thorough approach and fine attention to detail ensures every project is managed by her excellence as a procurement professional.

Argyro Gkritzapi is a Milan-based design professional with expertise in sales, consulting, and visual merchandising. Her previous role as Account Manager at Michael Anastassiades Ltd. involved managing sales and client relations for high-end design products. With a strong academic background, including an MSc in Healthcare Services Management and a BSc in Regional Economic Development, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work. Argyro is fluent in Greek, Italian, and English, allowing her to seamlessly navigate international markets.

With a background in architecture and a Master’s degree in Interior Design from De Montfort University, Giulia brings several years of experience in B2B sales, as well as a strong track record as a furniture consultant and FF&E specialist and a passion for interiors. This has given her in-depth knowledge of both commercial and residential furniture brands. With excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, Giulia is adept at negotiating with suppliers to secure the best possible deals. Dedicated, professional and client-focused, she takes pride in creating refined and inspiring spaces through exceptional furniture and lighting solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

Keira joins Tollgard with a background in marketing and PR, previously working in the luxury interior industry. Over the past years she has carved a marketing career that follows her passion for art, design and interiors after obtaining her degree in Textile Design. She brings a creative eye and a fine attention to detail to every project she works on.
