Copenhagen Unfolded: A Guide to 3 Days of Design

3daysofdesign is Denmark’s leading annual design event, turning Copenhagen into a playground for creative minds.

Taking place from 18 -20 June, this years theme KEEP IT REAL honours individual expression and experiences, echoing a deep desire for a world that’s more caring, inclusive, and conscious. It’s a call to action to be true to your own vision.

We explore some of our favourite makers that are setting the tone, combining craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability. From iconic Danish houses like Fritz Hanson and Vipp to global studios such as Man of Parts.

Kongens Nytorv

‍Man of Parts

During 3daysofdesign Man of Parts brings together cross–cultural elements from their growing roster of international designers and introduces a collection of novelties from Sebastian Herkner, Simone Coste and Yabu Pushelberg, taking over the historic HardorffsHus on Kongens Nytorv to unveil fresh designs.

‍Join them on June 19, 18:00 – 21:00 for Pop. Fizz. Roe - an evening of champagne, caviar, and conversation to toast the latest collections, all draped in Kieffer fabrics by Formafantasma.

House of Finn Juhl

The Quiet Power of Patina, Aged Originals on Display.

‍Step into the House of Finn Juhl showroom to experience this year’s intriguing installation, a homage to furniture that stands the test of time. Instead of novelty or relaunches, the exhibition highlights original, aged Finn Juhl pieces, crafted by them and lent by private collectors, now rich with patina and history. It’s a rare chance to see how quality craftsmanship deepens over time, gaining character through years of use. Explore the event details here.‍‍

Start the day with a warm welcome and freshly brewed coffee, barista on site. ANOUR reopens its Copenhagen showroom, transformed with KOLON and Norm Architects. A renewed space where lighting and interiors meet in a shared vision of craftsmanship and timeless design.

Meridiani

The Meridiani point features products with soft lines and organic shapes, creating a visually pleasing and reassuring atmosphere. The living area is designed to be both complete and welcoming, with harmonious volumes and pure materials. Every element encourages conviviality and invites relaxation, in the immersive and natural balance typical of Meridiani environments.

Lasvit

Glass can be an experience. See Lasvit's lighting installations at Framing, the festival's flagship exhibition, from June 18–20, and feel centuries of craftsmanship, innovative design, and a deeply personal approach. Join them for a debut in Copenhagen and explore three standout projects: Herbarium by the Lasvit Design Team, Miles by Yabu Pushelberg, and Nebula by Claesson Koivisto Rune.

Vipp

Vipp are partnering up with french Studio KO to create a unique installation at their HQ. In addition, they're launching two exciting new kitchens and a few products, keep your eyes peeled.

‍De La Espada

De La Espada and Garde Hvalsøe present Deltag Encounters; more than an exhibition, an experience where design and hospitality merge. Inspired by the warmth of boutique hotels, the vibrancy of cafés, and the refined elegance of modern restaurants, stylist Pernille Vest has curated a space that invites you to take part. Set within the Garde Hvalsøe showroom, the exhibition celebrates the beauty of materials, textures, and craftsmanship.

Deltag | Encounters will offer many opportunities to engage and linger between June 18-20 June, 9am and 6pm, or join them for special events.

Malte Gormeson

During 3daysofdesign, Malte Gormsen invites you to their Cabinet makers Gallery at The Conary, located in the heart of Copenhagen’s historic Frederiksstaden district. Step into their universe of fine cabinet making, craftsmanship, and aesthetics, brought to life through textures and materials in their carefully curated furniture collection.

Rosengård

‍A-N-D

A—N—D will open the doors to an alluring presentation. Curated around three new lighting series by designers Lukas Peet and Caine Heintzman, as well as a selection of their timeless pieces presented with a sensory experience. Converting into an ideal bar setting and hosting the oppening party with Dezeen, 17th June, 19:00 - 23:00.

Visit the eponymous exhibition Cafe A-N-D Bar during 3daysofdesign in the Rosengården district of Copenhagen, from June 17th – 20th, 10:00–19:00.

PP Møbler

During 3daysofdesign, PP Møbler invites you inside a newly redesigned Flagship Store where tradition and innovation meet. Discover the premiere of a new Hans J. Wegner chair, experience live craftmanship demonstrations, and celebrate 75 years of the legendary Flag Halyard Chair in an inspiring setting created in collaboration with Danish design duo Ahm & Lund.
